Teachers from Deer Valley High School developed a series of projects
targeting "Institutional Racism In Our Schools." The
presenters pulled from the curriculum standards in English, Science and
History to create a powerful web site. They won the National Semiconductor
Teacher Innovator Award for 2002 and have been recognized on the www.homestead.com home page as a stellar example.
